There were lots of opportunities to connect with fellow Bay of Quinte businesses through a variety of events including workshops, seminars and discussions throughout the region, including the 'Mega Mingle'.
Thank you to our hosts, Shannonville Motorsport Park, and our sponsors, Matt Howell from Peak Benefit Solutions, and Wendy Riley from Riley Financial.
Shannonville Motorsport Park also celebrated the grand opening of their new space, the 'Nelson Event Centre'. The Centre was named in honour of the original owner and visionary, the late John Nelson who built the track in 1974.
John and Dominique Bondar, along with their business partner, Steve Gidman welcomed dignitaries and members of the Nelson family to the unveiling of the 4,000 square foot event space. With a capacity of 150 people, a fireplace lounge area, dining area, and portable stage, the Nelson Event Centre was the ideal location to host the Mega Mingle.
Guests were invited to take their vehicles out on the track to experience car lapping first hand. There were also several cars and drivers available, including members of the Eastern Ontario Corvette Club, to take you on a spin around the track.
