TIM MCKINNEY A graduate of Western University’s Business program, Tim began his career in banking, mortgaging, and land development, laying the foundation for a 35-year journey leading a successful real estate team in Belleville. Beyond real estate, he has expanded into ventures such as rentals, Airbnbs (e.g., The Loft on St. Paul), and businesses like The Local Social House and The Ashley Motel. An avid skier, cyclist, and pickleball enthusiast, he enjoys traveling, cottaging, and boating—especially “on someone else’s boat.” |

RILLEA TECHNOLOGIES - SDSRiskAssist Rob Hallsworth is an Engineer, Business Leader and Entrepreneur. Over his decades long career he has worked in a variety of industries, in multiple cities in both Canada and the US. With his wife Lisa, they co-founded Rillea Technologies in 2016. Their goal in starting the company was to make chemical safety understandable and practical for any organization by developing a Software solution in Belleville, that could be marketed and deployed across Canada. Today they are country wide with clients in every province and territory. |
