Quinte region Chambers of Commerce kick off Quinte Small Business Week Monday, October 19.

Belleville Chamber CEO Jill Raycroft welcomed dignitaries from throughout the region including MP Neil Ellis, PEC Mayor Steve Ferguson, Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison and Belleville Councillor Bill Sandison. MPP Todd Smith, unable to join, sent greetings from the province through video. 
Event sponsor BDC's Derrick Morgan presented a new report 'Forging the Way Forward' with recent data from business during the last few months, and recommendations from BDC on moving forward post-COVID.
Raycroft ended the event, encouraging registration for the various free events scheduled throughout Small Business Week, including the Quinte Business Achievement Awards, being presented virtually on Friday evening.  SEE full schedule of events.
