A new registered massage therapy and movement specialist ‘Movewell Belleville’ celebrated their grand opening on Monday, October 5, 2020.
Mayor Mitch Panciuk cut the ribbon, as Belleville local Samantha Lambert welcomes customers to her new treatment centre.
Samantha’s number one priority is to get you moving. Whether you are an athlete training for a competition, a weekend warrior dealing with chronic issues that are holding you back, or just looking to mitigate pain and stress, Samantha can help you. One size does not fit all, and your treatment plan should be as unique as you are.
Samantha was born and raised in Belleville, and graduated from Algonquin College. She then worked in Ottawa alongside the head athletic therapist at Algonguin College and was fortunate to work hands on with Crossfit and triathalon athletes, hockey and football players, and with the Red Blacks RMT.
On returning to Belleville she spent the next few years working at Quinte Mind and Body in the downtown core, until her entrepreneurial spirit took hold and Samantha opened MoveWell Belleville. With her motto of “We don’t fix, we empower” , treatments range from joint health and function, mobility training, foot dysfunction, therapeutic wellness massage, and myofascial release.
Samantha trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and, through her martial arts, has had the privilege of working with coaches and athletes in the MMA community. But she also believes that everyone is an athlete. You should feel empowered to reach your goals, whether it is a better night’s sleep, going for a walk, or being able to participate in a sport without pain.
