At META Employment Services, we believe in empowering our community through meaningful employment connections. As a non-profit organization, we proudly deliver comprehensive employment programs and services tailored for both Job Seekers and Employers. Funded and directed by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development and SERCO’s EmployNext program, we operate under the Integrated Employment Service Delivery model to serve the Belleville region and beyond.

  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Managing Food Safety Certification
  • Red Cross Standard and Emergency First Aid
  • Red Cross Psychological First Aid (launching January 2025)
  • WHMIS
  • Communication and Conflict Resolution training
• Financial Assistance: Support for work-related expenses, including clothing, transportation, assistive devices, knee braces, and orthotics
• Job Placements & On-the-Job Training: Facilitation and support for new roles
• Better Jobs Ontario Program: Financial assistance of up to $28,000 for eligible participants to train for in-demand careers
