Mayor Ellis delivers annual 'State of the City Address' at Chamber breakfast
The Belleville Chamber was thrilled to see record attendance for the Annual State of the City Address from Belleville's 77th Mayor. CEO, Jill Raycroft was pleased that Mayor Neil Ellis used the Chamber's tradition of hosting the annual Mayor's breakfast to break the long-anticipated news of the new Amazon centre being developed in Belleville's industrial park.
