Belleville Remembrance Day Service
The Belleville Veterans Council will be holding a special Remembrance Day Ceremony beginning at 10:30 a.m. this Saturday, Nov. 11 at the Belleville Cenotaph (10 Cannifton Rd.).
Please join us as we honour and remember those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom.
Please note the following changes to City services for Remembrance Day:
- City Hall – Closed on Nov. 13.
- Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre – Regular ice (except for recreational skating and City of Belleville Skating Programs), FDC Track open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., no recreation programs or pool programs, and Customer Service Desk open 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Nov. 11. For more details, visit: QSWC.ca.
- Glanmore National Historic Site – Closed Nov. 11.
- Community Archives of Belleville and Hastings County – Closed Nov. 11 and 13.
- Transit – Regular transit and mobility transit will operate as scheduled on Nov. 13.
- Leaf & Yard Waste Depot – Open for regular hours on Nov. 11 and 13.
There will be no changes to curbside garbage, green bin, recycling and bulky items collection
