Due to COVID-19 many adjustments have been made to our traditional programming and as the situation continues to evolve, changes may need to be made to programs due to new protocols and provincial restrictions. Winter Session “A” will feature fitness class sessions offered through Zoom and a new community phone program for older adults offered in collaboration with the Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centres and the Quinte West Public Library. Back by popular demand is our free Speaker Series and Learn and Create programs.
The online Activity Guide can be accessed through the website at qswc.ca. Clients can view the information online, print it out or contact the Recreation, Culture and Community Service Department at 613-966-4632 or email at rccsgeneral@belleville.ca to request a printed copy. Moving to an online platform has been necessary due to the ever changing situation. Changes can now be made in real time so that clients have the most up to date information and program offerings.
Registration in advance is required for all programs. Clients are encouraged to visit the QSWC.CA website for new COVID-19 safety protocols, entrance guidelines and frequently asked questions.
