The regions Chambers of Commerce wrapped up an event-filled week of seminars and workshops, celebrating small business in the Quinte Region.  

Quinte Small Business Week kicked off on Monday October 19 with greetings from the regions Mayors, MPP Todd Smith and MP Neil Ellis.   BDC offered a presentation which included facts and predictions about the national economy as business continues to forge ahead.  See recorded video.

Workshops were offered on 'Marketing through the Holiday Season and Beyond', and a special women's programming 'Pathways Pivot Patience' featuring the journeys of four local women entrepreneurs.

HR best practices for health and safety guidelines as well as Precision Recruitment:  Finding the right fit,  was on the docket for Wednesday, in addition to 'Developing your Social Media Strategy'.

Thursday saw open In Conversation sessions with local officials from Public Health as well as municipal bylaw enforcement; MPP Todd Smith and MP Neil Ellis

Strategies for B2B connections through LinkedIn, as well as a panel discussion on 'Networking, Easier Said than done finished off the day.    

All five Thursday sessions have been recorded and can be seen on the Belleville Chamber of Commerce Youtube channel.

The week finished with the Quinte Business Achievement Awards presentation, which was broadcast live on YouTube.
