Join us on Saturday, February 25th in Downtown Belleville. In partnership with BIA, Royal LePage Pro Alliance Realty, The Empire Theatre, The Belleville Shrine Club, HGS, Investors Group, and The Heart & Stroke Foundation we are filling Downtown Belleville and Empire Square with Food, Activities, and Fun for the whole family. 

1. "Wake Up" the the Shriners Pancake Breakfast from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Enjoy stacks of pancakes, local maple syrup, sausages & orange juice. Just $8.00 for adults & $4.00 for kids under 10. 
2. From 10:00am to 2:00pm at Empire Square enjoy some FREE activities such as; Puppet & Ornament Making, Games & Obstacle Course, Colouring, Marshmallow Art, FREE Hot Chocolate, Shows with Andy Forgie (11:30 & 12:30), Meet Elsa, Anna and their Penguin & Snowman Friends, and Horse Drawn Trolley Rides.
3. The Empire Theatre will be having 2 FREE movies. The Little Prince is playing at 10:00am and Paddington at 2:00pm.
4. Check our ice carving artist Michael Tuinstra in front of Century Village from 9:00am to 3:00pm. 
5. Various Downtown Businesses will be doing giveaways and specials including; Hot Cider, Wine Tasting, Craft Items, Cookies, and there is even a Psychic Fair!
6. The Public Belleville Library will also be running a Children's Program beginning at 10:30am and it includes story time and crafts. There will also be the opening of a new exhibition by Quinte Fibre Artists in the Parrott Gallery, and a FREE draw for 2 DocFest passes.

On Sunday, February 26th the BIA, Loyalist-Belleville Rotoract and The Quinte Symphony are hosting Avec Plaisir! You can enjoy a fixed menu brunch or dinner at participating downtown restaurants and take in the 2:30pm symphony concert at Bridge Street United Church.
