From the Desk of the CEO Jill Raycroft

Our upcoming event next Wednesday is a great example of the partnership we share with our neighboring Chambers in Prince Edward County and Quinte West and apparently, the folks at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce think so, too! Our media release last week featuring how we are taking the provincial platform to you and figuring out how our local candidates need to represent the Bay of Quinte region at Queen’s Park.

If you haven’t seen the details of our second Lunch and Learn, we will be hosting OCC Policy Analyst Andrew Thiele to take your feedback and align this to what we need to ask our provincial candidates at the debates. I am hoping you could take a bit of time to see what the Ontario Chamber has put together regarding the needs of business in their Vote for Prosperity platform, and give us your input on what it means to you and your organization. Register here to join us and then, decompress later at our Mingle at Boston Pizza from 5-7.

And it all comes together with the debates.  The Belleville Chamber is holding our debate on Thursday, May 24 at the Empire Theatre... doors open at 6:00 pm.
